Mac Runnels
My name is Eric Villy
Mac Runnels is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of VR Security Solutions, responsible for the company's vision, client relationships, and company culture. Mac has taken his 10 years of law enforcement experience, his experience as a Security Director for three non-profit campuses, and personal protection services to bring a more personal touch to all forms of businesses and events. Throughout his time as a Police Officer, Mac has seen the pros and cons of hiring security companies for events; therefore, he has created a system to better serve the companies that entrust him with their businesses.

Mac grew up in Paradise, Texas, and graduated from Howard Payne University with a degree in Criminal Justice. He and his wife Bethany enjoy traveling, golfing, and serving at their church. If there is anything Mac loves, it's having fun with his people anywhere he can.
CFO - Nathan Hilliard
My name is Nathan Hilliard
Nathan Hilliard is the Chief Financial Officer of VR Security Solutions. He is responsible for the company’s financial management functions including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax and corporate development.

Nathan graduated from Abilene Christian University with a BBA in both Finance and Accounting. He went on to pursue a graduate degree in accounting before starting his career with PwC in 2015. Over the past 8 years, Nathan has had great success in strategically planning, executing and managing financial statement audits for a diversified base of clients across multiple industries and sectors. This includes both public and private clientele with revenues ranging from $100M to $12B.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Kristen and son Jett. They enjoy exploring the outdoors, hiking and swimming. Nathan also admittedly spends far too much time at the gym playing basketball with fellow washed-up millennials.

As a Christian, Nathan believes when scripture says, “two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor”. This contributed to starting a partnership with Mac in the founding of VR Security Solutions. Nathan and Mac know that it’s not only what you do, but also who you do it with that matters most.
